Elite 7v7 competition featuring active line play for authentic realism. The quarterback has unlimited pocket time to throw or scramble, and direct handoffs are allowed.

Dynamic turnovers define the game. Live interceptions and fumbles are in play, requiring defenders to secure the ball cleanly before it hits the turf.

Rigorous defensive play is encouraged within our legal framework. Skilled athletes may engage physically to disrupt passes, provided no holding occurs.

Matches utilize collegiate overtime to ensure a fair resolution. Play persists until a score breaks the draw, driving high-stakes drama until a champion emerges.

League-certified referees oversee every matchup to ensure strict compliance. They maintain ultimate authority over gameplay, rulings, and the issuance of penalties.
league safety standards
Upholding a secure yet driven atmosphere is essential. Participants are required to utilize approved helmets and guards. Physicality is strictly prohibited.
SAFETY & GEAR
Our league prioritizes athlete safety while keeping gear simple. The only equipment required is proper cleats, which help with field traction and can reduce the risk of ACL and other lower-body injuries. All flags are provided by the league.
